Overview

At BitaSei, you have full control over your account and personal data. You can permanently delete your account at any time directly from within the BitaSei app. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your BitaSei account:

  1. Open the BitaSei app on your device
  2. Tap the Profile icon or navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Account Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Read the confirmation prompt carefully
  6. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app, you may also request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@bitasei.com.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

What Is Retained

Some data may be retained after account deletion for legal, financial, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law:

All retained data is kept securely, is not used for marketing purposes, and is permanently deleted once the retention period expires.

Before You Delete

Please consider the following before deleting your account:

  • Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately and is non-refundable
  • All course progress, certificates, and achievements will be permanently lost
  • Your paper trading history and virtual portfolio cannot be recovered
  • If you have an active referral program balance, it will be forfeited
  • You can re-register with the same email, but previous data cannot be restored
